Adding a lock(s)

From Command Center:

Choose "Locks" on the left hand list:

Next choose "Add Lock +" :

Presented with three options to add:

"Scan QR Code Here" will allow you to use your PC camera.

"Scan QR Code from Mobile" will allow you to use your mobile device camera.

"Enter Serial Number Here" will allow you to type the lock's serial number in.

"Scan QR Code Here" will allow you to use your PC camera.

You will be prompted to allow the Command Center use of your camera as seen here:

Allowing use of your camera will automatically open camera view to scan the QR code from either the box or the lock:

Once the QR code is successfully scanned a window will pop up confirming and containing the serial number:

Press blue next button

Select a secured area for the lock:

Press blue next button

Review and save the lock details to add it to the selected secured area.

The next screen will show lock now requires AIQ Sync: 

If gateways are present it will automatically sync. 

Without gateways sync lock with mobile app:

"Scan QR Code from Mobile" will allow you to use your mobile device camera.

From mobile device choose the service icon on lower right hand corner to add lock:

If gateways are present it will automatically sync. 

Without gateways sync lock with mobile app:

"Enter Serial Number Here" will allow you to type the lock's serial number in.

The steps will be the same as "Scan QR Code Here" as seen above.
