A tenant has heard from other tenants that they are able to unlock their unit while away from the apartment complex, but they don’t seem to be able to do that. What could be wrong?

The gateway is out of range of tenants lock. Property Managers can confirm this by viewing the lock in the command center. Moving a gateway closer to lock will correct the issue.
