The AIQ Sync function must be performed on every lock installed in the site to save the site specific information (Apple Wallet Identifier (AWI) and secured area/policy data) in each lock.
It’s possible that the Property Manager (PM) has not completed the initial AIQ Sync process for all locks.
If gateways are present in the site, use the web admin portal to check if AIQ Sync is required for the lock.
Gateway communication with the lock should automatically do this, but it will need to be performed manually using the mobile app if the lock in question is out of range of any gateway.
