Problem:
Express Mode shows as enabled for the Pass in Apple Wallet, but iOS prompts me to
double click the iPhone power button to use the pass. What’s wrong?
Solution:
This problem will happen if the site AWI has not been saved in the lock. A Property
Manager using the mobile app needs to perform Lock Sync on the lock to update the
site’s AWI recorded in the lock.
